By browsing this site or ordering from us you agree to what follows. Please read it before you buy.
Who you are buying from
Fe ArtHouse, a handmade-art studio at Rua da Boavista 42, 1200-068 Lisboa, Portugal. You can reach us at hello@arthousestudio.com.
The work
Everything we sell is made by hand in the studio. Colour, texture and dimensions vary slightly from piece to piece, and from the photographs on this site. That variation is the point, not a fault.
Orders and prices
Prices are in euros and include Portuguese VAT where it applies. An order is confirmed only once we have sent you a confirmation email. If a piece sells before we can confirm yours, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Shipping
We ship from Lisboa. Ready pieces leave the studio within five working days; commissions are agreed case by case. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Customs duties outside the EU are yours to pay.
Returns
You may return an unused ready-made piece within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, less return postage. Tell us first at hello@arthousestudio.com. Commissions and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, send us photographs within seven days and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.
Commissions
A commission begins with a conversation and a deposit of fifty per cent, which becomes non-refundable once work has started. The balance is due before the piece ships.
Copyright
The work, the photographs and the writing on this site belong to Fe ArtHouse. Buying a piece gives you the piece; it does not give you the right to reproduce it commercially.
Liability
We are responsible for the work we sell and for getting it to you as described. We are not responsible for losses beyond that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any dispute goes to the courts of Lisboa.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
