Last updated 28 October 2026. How we handle the information you give us.
Who we are
Fe ArtHouse is a handmade-art studio at Rua da Boavista 42, Lisboa, Portugal. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you visit this site, buy a piece, or write to us.
What we collect
Your name and email, when you use the contact form or join the newsletter.
Billing and delivery details, when you place an order.
Basic analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser.
Anything else you choose to tell us in a message.
Why we collect it
To answer your message, to process and deliver your order, to send the studio newsletter if you asked for it, and to understand which work people are looking at so we can make this site better. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes them under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to measure traffic anonymously. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then behave oddly.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the studio: our payment provider, our shipping partner, and our email and hosting providers. Each one is bound to handle your data confidentially and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, as Portuguese tax law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted after two years.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@arthousestudio.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Children
This site is not intended for children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Anything significant will also be announced in the newsletter.
